Rule #2: Be moderate in eating.
The best corset and the strongest man cannot manage to lace you down to a waistline of 46cms when you weigh some 180lbs. A very slim waist that does not fit the proportions of your body disfigures your appearance and can easily look ridiculous. The care for your waist starts in the kitchen already. See to it that you don't take on weight. Stop eating when it tastes best. This saves you a lot of trouble that would be due to your physical appearance. For most women it is easier to take on weight than to lose weight. This does, of course, not apply for women who suffer from leanness! In this case it would, of course, be necessary to take on weight. And you should ask your doctor to prescribe you a diet which develops before all the bust, but not the belly.
