Letters
In this chapter we have collected private letters and readers letters. The assessment of the truth of these statements is a big problem. The private letters seem to be authentic. The readers letters and especially the answers may need some relativation. The following pieces of advice are taken from contemporary magazines. The translation from German texts to English was done by Sylphide which was not an easy job due to the old language which was used in the German texts.
- Letter from Aunt Helen to her sister (1892)
- A mother's letter to her 'just married' daughter (1894)
